By using BSData, you accept these terms.

You are responsible for account access, project configuration, and lawful use of the analytics script.

Subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and payment status are handled through Stripe.

Acceptable use excludes abuse, illegal tracking, attempts to bypass limits, or collection of private visitor data.

You own your project data. BSData processes analytics data to provide the service.

Service availability may vary during maintenance or incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSData liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
